Panel includes specific IgE for: Dermatophagoides farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Cat dander, Dog Dander, Cockroach, Alternaria tenuis, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cladosporium herbarium, Elm, Maple Box Elder, Oak, Bermuda grass, Johnson grass, Timothy grass, Ragweed, and English Plantain.

Special Instructions: If outside of SLCH in-patient units, please complete a Allergen Request Form and forward it with the specimen.
